This was a great place to spend our family vacation. Hosts were very quick to respond to our questions and action any observations. The one of the coffee makers was not working properly and we got a brand new one within the hour. Would definitely book again.

Positief: Inchecken, communicatie en locatie
The location of this property is top notch, steps away from the beach and close to the pier area. The outdoor space is really nice to have, we spent quite a bit of time outdoors. (It wasn't cleaned when we arrived however, we had to hose down the patio and wipe off the tables). We did book when the listing showed a fire pit on the patio and were bummed that was removed prior to our trip. The size fit us perfectly and it was nice to have plenty of bathrooms. The bunk rooms are nice for kids to have their own separate space. A definite plus is having multiple washers/dryers that can be used during your stay. They were a nice amenity to have.The downside is the property definitely needs some maintenance done. There were a handful of things broken when we arrived, the hosts were quick to respond but not everything was able to be fixed during our stay. For the price, we expected it to be a bit cleaner and better maintained but if you have a larger family, it will fit everyone well. Check in was a breeze, we appreciated the information we received prior to our trip.

Being steps from the beach and near the pier is hard to beat, and we're glad the outdoor space, the bunk rooms, and the extra laundry all worked well for your family. It's also good to hear check in went smoothly and that the pre-arrival information was useful. We're sorry the home did not meet our standards for cleanliness and upkeep on arrival, and that not everything could be resolved while you were there.
