Great communication from the host regarding the check-in/out process. Getting into the property was easy and the view was fantastic. It was walkable to all of downtown Ft Myers. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Check in through the main lobby went smooth. We parked on the road in front of the building and used the main lobby to come and go. The building and lobby was very clean. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The view from this 23rd floor apartment was great. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Stayed here for work trip. Great location, easy to navigate to work. Suite was clean, had everything I needed. and very nice views. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for access to downtown Ft Myers. Walkable. Apartment was very clean, no odors (one of my sensitivities :)), king bed was VERY comfortable! Elevators were quick and always very available. Would definitely stay again if the need arises!

Beautiful property! Spotless. Everything you need. The views were incredible! Seperate bedroom with en-suite, Kitchen was perfect with dishes, spices, coffee pot and coffee/creamers etc. Pool looked amazing but we didn’t have time. Was the perfect location with restaurants very close. Leave your car in the garage and walk about! Hostess was quickly in touch any time I had a question and awarded us a late check out as our flight was much later in the day! Really appreciate that. Would definitely stay here again! Sure beats a frumpy hotel room for twice the money!

The cost was tolerable, but for one night, the cleaning fees seem high for some VRBO properties. I get after a week, or even several days, but one night…it seems high. But overall. The stay was great and the location, host, complimentary snacks on arrival … all really great!

The apartment was aesthetically eye catching, very clean and had a beautiful view of Fort Meyers on one side of the master bedroom, and the Caloosahatchee River on the other side. You can tell Marjorie was a well experienced host. She literally thought of everything anyone would need while staying there including Water, Snacks, Good Coffee & Good Creamer, Books To Read, Games to Play, Tower Fans, Q-Tips, Dental Floss and more. May seem unnecessary to some but great for others. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come again to Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area.

Location was excellent and the unit was very clean. Second bedroom was locked off so it made the unit seemed small. AC was lacking in the master bedroom night one but it was corrected by night two. Views were awesome!
