Mooi appartement aan het strand gelegen op Sea Winds in Marco Island. Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op het strand, zonsondergangen en dolfijnen die dartelen in de Golf van Mexico. Sea Winds condo biedt een zwembad, jacuzzi, tennisbanen, gescreende Lanai, beveiliging en liften. Condo bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping en heeft een prachtig, geweldig uitzicht op het hele strand. Het is absoluut mogelijk om dolfijnen te zien in het water van de Lanai!

Marco Island heeft voor elk wat wils - vissen charters, beschietingen cruises, en bootverhuur zijn enkele van de eiland favorieten. Natuurlijk mogen we onze drie en een halve mijl van prachtige witte zandstranden niet vergeten! Er zijn ook tal van golfbanen binnen 15 minuten van Marco Island. Dicht bij Marco Island liggen de Florida Everglades; hier kunt u genieten van een tocht met een moerasbuggy, een luchtboot of andere excursies verkennen. Er is ook een overvloed aan winkels om uit te kiezen in de omgeving, van de leuke winkeltjes van Marco tot de chique Fifth Avenue in Napels.

Marco Island is de perfecte vakantieplek voor mensen van alle leeftijden. Het is een vakantieparadijs !! Dit appartement met twee slaapkamers is ruim en comfortabel. Het is goed uitgerust met alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft om van uw vakantie op Marco Island te genieten!

We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years. The unit is very comfortable and has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The view from the unit is beautiful. The sunsets are spectacular. I would highly recommend this unit. There were 3 adults in our party.

We were disappointed with the property. There was a large musty smell if you closed the doors and turned on the air. The overall property had an over abundance of rules and was not very inviting. Don’t plan on cooking (even breakfast) as you have to have all your doors, front included open or the smoke detectors go off and the fire dept shows up. Will not stay here again

Another Great Stay!!!!

This was our second time staying here. We love the property! The balcony is an amazing place to enjoy the beach especially the sunsets. Dawn is amazing and always responds so quickly to questions! Place is clean and you just can’t beat the location!

Condo was very clean and well equipped! Seawinds is an older complex but has been very well maintained. On site staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!

The property was perfect! Clean, well-furnished, and with all the necessary amenities needed for our family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to make many meals at the condo. We enjoyed evenings lounging on the screened-in balcony. Beds were comfortable as well and we maximized our beach time due to the amazing location. I would happily stay here again!

My family with 3 young children really enjoyed this condo, the 2 bedrooms+ pullout couch were wonderful! The balcony is huge and completely screened in so you don't have to worry about bugs (or little kids throwing items). The pool and hot tub were very nice, and clean, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach ☺️

Great condo

We loved this condo! The condo was perfectly cleaned! It had everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The view from the balcony is great, and we also appreciated the taller chairs on the balcony as you could see over the railing. Condo owners were excellent to communicate promptly and very helpful. We hope to stay in this condo next time!

fabulous condo

This is a fantastic condo on Marco Island. I have stayed in several other condos in this building but this one, we liked the best. You can use the stairs or the elevator and you still have a great view of the ocean from your balcony. The owner is wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. Everything you need is right there. We will continue to rent this condo every year. Thank you Dawn and Joe!

Ideal Location

This was our first visit to Marco Island and we were not disappointed in the condo or the location. The second floor ocean front condo with lanai was ideal for beach watching, relaxing or dining outside. Many good restaurants were a walk or short drive away. The Sunset Grille is located in the adjacent condo building. Day trips to Goodland, Everglades City and Chokoloskee were well within reach. Although Sea Winds is an older building the pool and grounds were well maintained.The condo itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were somewhat soft for our tastes, but to each his own. A cozy place to spend a week or two.

Improvements to consider

Dryer was not operational. Told waiting for a part. Fire Alarm activated at 6:30 in the morning due to a failed sprinkler head on the 10 floor. Had to evacuate. Water damage to elevators. Consider replacing high water consuming toilets with more efficient ones. Replace old queen size mattress with a more comfortable king size. Great condo in a great location.
