Prachtig bijgewerkt Home In The Wine Country!

Dit is een bijgewerkt huis dat minder dan 10 minuten naar Kenwood en minder dan 20 minuten naar Calistoga en Sonoma is. Het ligt ook dicht bij vele regionale parken en brouwerijen van wereldklasse. De woning ligt in een prachtige chique wijk van Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa.

Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2. 5 badkamers. Twee kamers hebben queensize bedden. De andere kamer heeft een stapelbed. Het huis grenst aan Calistoga Road, dus de achtertuin heeft een kleine hoeveelheid straatlawaai, maar in het huis is het erg rustig.

Houd er rekening mee dat dit geen "feesthuis" is en dat we een fantastische relatie hebben met onze buren in deze hechte gemeenschap. We vragen u respectvol om alle lease-overeenkomsten te volgen, inclusief de juiste geluidsniveaus en de maximale capaciteit van gasten. Schending van de huurvoorwaarden leidt tot passende acties.

The house was as advertised, nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for my family. We were there to attend a family wedding. There is a grocery store just down the street which made things easy to obtain. Communication with Lana was quick and responsive. Lana made a recommendation for a local Thai restaurant and the food was delicious. Overall, great stay and would stay again if in the area. Mahalo Lana

Calistoga Road can have a steady flow of traffic. If you’re sleeping in the primary bedroom you can hear it the most, but it is not unbearable. More like background noise to sleep to. The neighborhood has a steady flow of activity as well but the neighbors are quiet and friendly. If you are in a wheelchair: Con-there are stairs in the front and back of the house, no ramps. Pro- inside the house is accessible for wheelchairs, via hallways and common areas. Con- bathrooms are not as accessible. The individual will need to ambulate at some point. Con- bathrooms do not have handrails in any of the restrooms. I mention these things because I travel with an individual who is a senior and uses a wheelchair for primary mobility. My filter search for homes asked for handicap/wheelchair accommodations. I think these little details might help someone in the future. Also: Con- couches are on the uncomfortable side, perhaps a recliner and sofa in lieu of a loveseat and sofa? Pro-the pillow variety is nice Cons- no laundry opinions, some washcloths for bathroom Pro- the beds are very comfortable (in our opinion). Thank you so kindly for hosting our ladies Napa weekend getaway. Our drive to our featured winery was approximately 35 minutes. It was a mountain car ride but it is plentiful in stores and social events along the way. Thank you again, and God bless.

Lovely Home for Our Trip

Great spacious house for our friends trip. So many amenities to have a comfortable stay while exploring the area. Very convenient get to Calistoga for the spa and winery where we had reservations. Thank you Lana for hosting us.

Wedding trip

We stayed at Lana's for ten days to celebrate our grandson's wedding. He lives in the same neighborhood so Lana's home was very convenient. It was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. We had a great stay!

Accessible go great hiking

A relaxing neighborhood setting close to a good grocery store, drugstore, and to Spring Lake, our key destination. The host gave us a second place to go which was much appreciated: Sugar Loaf Ridge State Park, near Kenwood on Hwy 12. It made for a wonderful weekend getaway, in the mix with some good places to eat (Walter Hansel Bistro, Salt and Stone and Crepevine). We will most likely return!

Perfect spot for hikes

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy house in Santa Rosa. The location was perfect to Jack London State Park and Armstrong Redwoods State Park. Beautiful fall colors and the house’s location to Safeway was great for groceries. We enjoyed making some meals at the house and Saint Helena was a nice drive from the house for tasty food too. Lana’s communication was superb and we. look forward to returning again!

House was great. location was close to both Sonoma as well as we drove to Calistoga. Lana was very responsive and easy to work with. Great communication! We enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine on the back deck.

Wonderful house and owner

Nice house in safe neighborhood. About 30 minutes to Napa or Sonoma. Beds are very comfortable. Very well outfitted kitchen. Lana was very responsive and even bought a new grill for us to use since the other one was old!

A+ Home away from home

The property was perfect...in a great neighborhood and close to shopping/restaurants. The home was clean and had plenty of amenities---the outdoor deck is highly recommended. The traffic outside, although not able to be seen, could get a little loud at times, but not enough to ruin our stay. Lana was very communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Wine weekend

Loved the house. It was very clean very neat and very comfortable! If in the area again, I would definitely rebook here. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet! Beds were soooooo comfortable. Owner had hair dryers, flat irons, curling irons, nice big bath towels. Be sure to bring a Bluetooth speaker altho there was Spotify on the streaming TV. Ceiling fans in every room and the AC worked great!

Lovely weekend in wine country!

My family of five (one just out of college, one in college, one in high school) stayed here while in town for a family wedding. The house was just great - easy to find, nicely decorated, comfortable, everything worked. Great communication with the host. Nice set up for families with a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a room with bunk beds, plus another full bath and a half bath. Conveniently located about a mile from a Safeway grocery store that has a Starbucks in it. Minutes from numerous wineries. We could not have had a nicer time - highly recommend!

This House is Awful - Do Not Stay Here

I have been renting properties through VRBO for over a decade with no problems and with all wonderful outcomes. It is inconceivable to me how anyone could rate this property 5 stars - maybe they are all from the owner's friends and family. We rented the property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Sonoma State and planned to spend Saturday evening playing board games in the living room. When we arrived and sat on the sofa and love seat I nearly sank to the floor, they were old, dirty, and completely worn out. The house was not clean, the bathrooms had mold on the ceilings and the shower curtain bars were rusted. The ceiling fan in one of the bathrooms was falling out of the ceiling. The air filter for the furnace and A/C was dirty and clogged. And they had an electric outlet that did not have a cover plate, which is not safe. There were 2 missing smoke alarms and another one that needed a new battery, which is also not safe. This is not a great neighborhood either. When I called the owner to attempt to reach a resolution, she told me she had all 5-star ratings so go ahead and leave my honest rating, but she would not do anything to resolve the situation. I called VRBO customer service spent an hour on the phone and sent photos of all the issues, but they just referred me back to the owner. With no protection from VRBO, I guess I'll be using other rental platforms in the future.

Nice family home near high school. Perfect for out of town visitors for graduations or in our case a wedding. Three bathrooms were much appreciated. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Only missed not having a washer/dryer. Thank you !

Perfect home base between Calistoga and Sonoma wineries!

This space was perfect for our girls trip! We had plenty of space to sleep, shower, and relax after a day out and about, and it was so nice to have access to the quaint, private porch as well as a full kitchen! The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to grocery stores as well as some decent eateries! The hosts were welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable.
