Palm Springs Home W / Private Saltwater Pool & Spa

Geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen vanuit de privétuin terwijl u in of rond het zwembad zit. Home ligt op een groot privéterrein in een rustige doodlopende straat, op slechts enkele minuten van golfbanen, casino's, winkels, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden.

Gehele huis is gerenoveerd. Bereid maaltijden in een volledig uitgeruste keuken met granieten toonbanken en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Porseleinen tegel is door het hele huis geplaatst. Geniet van het uiterlijk van travertijn in elk van de twee badkamers. Elke slaapkamer is smaakvol ingericht met een eigen flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders en een plafondventilator. Wifi-service inbegrepen.

Schuifdeur opent vanuit de keuken / eetkamer direct naar een terras met een roestvrijstalen aardgasgrill - de perfecte plek om buiten te eten of gewoon te ontspannen en te genieten van het panoramische uitzicht op de bergen.

Schuifdeuren openen vanuit elke slaapkamer naar een groot overdekt terras dat leidt naar het verfrissende zoutwaterzwembad en de spa. Deze grote volledig besloten achtertuin is prachtig aangeplant in woestijnlandschap, gemengd met veel kleur en veel palmbomen voor een resortachtig gevoel. Volle zon bij het zwembad gedurende de dag, evenals een spectaculair uitzicht op de bergen van San Jacinto.

The highlight for us was the fabulous back patio and pool. It felt private and protected. Home was exactly as described and felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was outlined in the "house binder" made life simple. Hopefully we will be back! Host was attentive and responsive.

We’ll be back!
We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived rather late and didn’t feel like going out and were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked wine cooler which we helped ourselves to….messaged Chris the next day to see about any charge for the wine and he said no, that is was leftovers and we were welcome to it! Nice touch and we did leave a replacement bottle but Chris had said that wasn’t necessary. My wife spent a lot of time in the saltwater pool a jacuzzi and enjoyed the great assortment of desert plants, cacti etc…really nice landscaping. We also enjoyed the mountains view, especially the sunsets. I used the big BBQ most evenings. All in all very well appointed. We’ll be back!

Nice neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. Pool and spa were perfect for cooling off from the heat and just relaxing. Accommodations were great, everything we needed was available. Nice master bedroom with wonderful shower. Loved the room darkening shades. Property not far from food, shops, downtown. Enjoyed our stay!

Time for some TLC
While we weren’t expecting an updated home, we were disappointed with the condition of the bedding, towels, pillows etc. I think these things should be refreshed from time to time. The kitchen mat was very dirty. We were also surprised by how much of the home owner’s belongings cluttered all the he closets and cupboards. Being someone who likes organized spaces, I found this to be bothersome. The Dyson vacuum was left full of dirt, which also bothered me. We enjoyed the outdoor space, and our property manager, Chris, was quick to respond and get things looked after when we had a couple small issues. We also appreciated being able to bring our dogs, they too enjoyed the outdoor space! I think a bit of a refresh in this home is needed, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Palm Springs
I can’t express how great this house was for us. Amazingly clean, well stocked, good location…the outdoor pool area was the real gem…beautiful landscaping, the pool and patio were AMAZING!

We live and work in San Diego, but enjoy spending weekends in Palm Springs with family and friends.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We fell in love with this neighborhood many years ago when looking for a 'second home' to purchase in Palm Springs. We purchased this home from the original owners, who are now deceased, and then proceeded to update the entire home and property. We have spent many weekends here at this house over the years and have many wonderful, fond memories.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

This home sits on a quiet culdesac and is on a large, long lot. The homes on either side of our home are at a distance, which allows a lot of privacy. Our pool/spa are located on the side of the lot, which allows for direct access from both bedrooms via a glass sliding door. We designed one side of the pool deck along with the location of the spa to have great mountain views. We have landscaped the property with rocks, gravel, succulants, palm trees, mixed in with various color. This allows for a tropical, yet warm desert feel. We get quite a lot of compliments on how comfortable our back yard is to be in.
