Onze vernieuwde Loggerhead Cay Condo met nieuwe woonkamer meubels en compleet nieuwe keuken. Er is DSL en High Speed ​​WiFi internet in onze eenheid. We hebben een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf Beach en het verwarmde zwembad hieronder. De ruime woonkamer RM heeft een 26 ft. Spiegelwand verstrekken van een prachtig uitzicht vanaf 60% van het appartement beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, jacuzzi in de master-bad, een ruime woonkamer, eetkamer, afgeschermd terras en New Full size front load wasmachine / Dyer.

Het beddengoed is een koning in de Master met een HDTV, 2 Twins in de Gast met TV / DVD en een Slapen sofa in de woonkamer. De logeerkamer is volledig gerenoveerd. Er is een nieuwe HD-32 in. TV met een DVD en VHS-speler. Nieuwe upgrades zijn onder andere nieuwe keuken en gratis voor gasten 4 Hoge kwaliteit fietsen. De volwassen fietsen waren nieuw in 2014. De unieke kenmerken van onze eenheid is de Glas Sliders op zowel de binnen en buiten kant van de Lanai. U kunt AC hebben in de Lanai. De woonkamer oostelijke muur wordt volledig gespiegeld. De spiegelwanden biedt helderheid toegevoegd aan de flat.

Sanibel Island is een tropisch paradijs met eindeloze dingen te zien en te doen voor alle leeftijden. Er is ongeveer 30 mijl van fietsen, wandelen en in-line skating routes. Genieten van de weelderige gebladerte, bloemen, en Sandy Shell bezaaid Beach. U kunt lopen naar sluiten door winkels en restaurants. Er zijn 2 18 holes openbare golfbanen op het eiland.

Onze Unit bij Loggerhead Cay wordt professioneel beheerd en er is altijd iemand beschikbaar om uw behoeften te voldoen. De units worden jaarlijks geïnspecteerd om ervoor te zorgen dat deze worden gehandhaafd en ervoor zorgen dat onze normen van hygiëne.

Loggerhead Cay is ongeveer 0,3 mijl van de Causeway naar Fort Myers, zodat u gemakkelijk in en uit het eiland.

Recente Upgrades zijn onder andere nieuwe woonkamer meubels en Blinds en de compleet nieuwe keuken en de Alle nieuwe logeerkamer. We hebben nu ook een nieuw front load wasmachine en droger in onze unit. We hebben 4 Uitstekende kwaliteit fietsen. De volwassen fietsen zijn New Er zijn ook 2 Tennis Rackets in ons appartement samen met een heleboel Beach items. Bel eigenaars voor meer informatie.

Visiting our paradise!
Love Sanibel! Just here to enjoy the beaches and to help the restaurants, shops, and artists….which we did! Jim was amazing to work with as we had to deal with the recent hurricane(s) damage and check availability. I recommend Jim and his condo 100%.

The apartment was nice but and the host was helpful. We were there for only a week but had a couple of issues. We wanted to get the bikes for a cycle but ended up renting bikes because it was more hassle to get the bike’s that were on the complex, somewhere. Also something to fix is the shower. It has a constant drip.

Excellent Location
Third floor unit which offered nice views. Easy short walk to beach. Pool area spotless and enjoyable after day on beach. Lots of beach supplies available. Unit well supplied with necessities for week. Sanibel continues to recover from Hurricane Ian but enough restaurants were open that we were able to eat out each night. Felt good to support these individuals as they continue to make our getaways a fun experience.

Highly recommend
Our family had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this property. It overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf from the room. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, easy access to the beach and lots of great pool and beach accessories included with the condo. The owner was very attentive and ensured all our needs were met. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The property was very nice. There were several beach items in unit and we used them several days. The beach was fabulous. Loggerhead Cay condo complex was still being worked on during our stay which we expected, but we were not interrupted by any of the work. The parking space numbers were not legible but Jim, the owner, told us that we could park at any open spaces during the construction period. The front door lock gave us a problem, but I called Jim and we figured it out over the phone. Jim was very helpful and called a couple times during the stay to make sure everything was ok. If I make another trip to Florida we will stay at this location again.

Great vacation location
We had everything we needed in our condo for a great stay! A beautiful view from our lanai, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean.Jim was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and Jim could not have been more helpful. We used the lanai/porch so much. It was accessible for my elderly parents with the elevator and nice paths on the property.

One of the few condos available on Sanibel
We were so glad to spend time on Sanibel after canceling our trip a year ago due to Ian. Currently, Dec '23, very few condos and rentals are available. Construction is underway, including this complex, and will be several years to complete. The noise and annoyance factors are offset by empty beaches. Great shelling with so few tourists. JIm, the owner, was very responsive to any inquires we made and brought a new set of pots and pans on our request. This unit is in a great location on the lighthouse side of the island. I would definitely recommend this unit with the caveat that there will be construction noise starting right at 7 am and continuing until 5 to 7 pm.

Jim is incredibly friendly, prompt and helpful. Our family of four found the condo to be very clean, well stocked and generously spacious with a great variety of beach essentials. The beaches of the east end are beautiful, and we throroughly enjoyed our active stay. We will be returning soon. I'm glad to see how Sanibel is bouncing back.

Great Island experience
We own a condo on the Island that is still under reconstruction after Ian. We were grateful to have a place to stay while we visited our property and relatives in the area. We were the first renters at this property following Ian. While there was still a lot of recovery going on, we had a great stay. Jim quickly addressed minor issues related to us being the first renters, had a backup plan if anything had not worked out...he could not have been a better host. Thanks Jim for getting everything ready for our visit! AND, for anyone concerned about the Island being ready for visitors, please do not hesitate. The recovery is going strong! Many restaurants are open, shops are starting to open and the Island is getting closer to "normal" everyday. It will never be the same place it was before Ian, but will always be Sanibel and beautiful! Come visit #sanibelstrong

Great location for Sanibel shelling
We interacted with every variety of wildlife from the beach directly adjacent to the property. Dolphins, live shells etc. were accessible to the same degree as at any of the close by public beaches. It was so convenient to walk right to the gulf from the condo. We also enjoyed the restaurants that were close by.

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.
