Geniet van het zijn 1-2 mijl van University of Colorado, Pulpit Rock wandelpaden, Palmer Park wandel-en mountainbikeroutes, Colorado Springs Country Club, en ook een van Colorado Springs grootste en nieuwste winkelcentra - University Village. We zijn een klein stukje rijden van het centrum van Colorado Springs met gemakkelijke toegang tot de I-25, de hoofdweg buiten onze buurt kan direct worden genomen naar Garden of the Gods. Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op de Front Range vanuit de ruime achtertuin en het grote dek. We hebben ervoor gezorgd om alle gemakken van thuis toe te voegen om uw verblijf te verrijken en spelen zeer goed in op de behoeften van onze gasten.

Family vacation

We were a family of four adults and four kids. Lots of area to spread out. Basement was great for the kids to hang out in. Nice central location. Would stay again.

Excellent stay

We had a great time! Everything was as expected. The house was awesome and the views of the mountains were spectacular. Excellent location and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again when we come to Colorado Springs!

Weekend trip to Colorado Springs

We loved this house. Check in was super easy. 5 minutes from the interstate and restraunts. Very spacious and very clean. Host was very easy to reach and work with. Would stay here again.

Great location

Great location close to all the Colorado Springs locations and a little over an hour from the Royal Gorge. Big enough for the whole family and beds were super comfortable!!

Awesome Stay!

Went to Colorado Springs for a family vacation trip. This house is super close to all tourist sites such as garden of the gods, pikes peak, and seven falls. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Overall great stay!

Loved the porch And the games

This was a wonderful home to stay in. He was clean and ready to go and walked in. My husband and I enjoyed the large, quiet porch. Our kids were drawn to the video game machine- Which is probably why we were able to enjoy the porch 👍

Very tired, but clean

The property was clean but overall felt very tired and in need of updates. Most of the dishes were chipped, the carpeting was quite worn, and the rug in the living room was a tripping hazard. Several fixtures like light fittings and toilet paper holders appeared to have been replaced without patching the surrounding drywall, which gave the home an unfinished look. The yard was extremely overgrown, and the patio furniture was old and torn. Additionally, the layout of the house was a bit unusual and not particularly functional. While it served our basic needs, the overall condition and presentation left a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again.

Good home base for local activities

We rented this property while we were in town for our daughter's college graduation. It suited us well as our home base. Very comfortable, everything is as it says in the listing. Great location for UCCS.

Great stay

Everything was nice. Home is lovely and well appointed. The only complaint was the yard service showed up at 8:30a on Sunday. We had planned to sit outside on the beautiful patio one last time. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Weekend!!!

We were in town from Texas for a Chive Charities meetup. The location was perfect for getting around town for shopping and sightseeing, and for some unique libations (Lebowski’s Taproom). We cooked supper and breakfast on 2 separate occasions, and had plenty of supplies to do so. The rooms were perfect, and had we had kiddos with us, would have been very entertaining for them having the games in the house, (even us old guys enjoyed the arcade game)!!!

This property has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The website mentioned the views, but the homes surrounding the place blocked any views of the mountains. Otherwise, it was really relaxing.

Had a lovely stay in Colorado Springs. Listing is very accurate. Property was very clean. Kids LOVED the arcade game. Bedrooms were perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Property

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. The property was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and we spent a lot of time on the nice large patio. The property manager was excellent and was great with communication. No issues at all. Will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area.
