We had a great stay with Jack and Julie! The unit has everything you need-minus a kitchen. The A/C worked nicely and bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing! Hot water and great pressure. We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee on the porch with a great view every morning. We also rented the jeep liberty and that went well with no problems getting our deposit back. Thank you for a great stay!

Jack and Julie were amazing hosts. They communicate every step of the way and provided a beautiful place for us to spend our vacation. Having the rental Jeep on the property was very convenient. We also appreciated the snorkeling and beach gear.

This is a quaint little studio unit with a lovely deck overlooking Coral Bay. Good location for beaches and establishments on this side of the island.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The view!! Well, that view cannot be beat. Our hosts were kind, informative and very responsive. Absolutely great location, just up the hill from great restaurants and shopping. We absolutely recommend this perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Jack and Julie’s place. The room had a wonderful view of the harbor from the deck. The room itself was cool, quiet and had everything we needed. Renting a vehicle from them was simple and their attention to detail was appreciated. They arranged for our taxi to and from the ferry as well! We had a very relaxing time and were sad to leave.

Great quiet location in Coral Bay. Spacious deck with a beautiful view. Short drive to many beautiful beaches. Close to many restaurants with a laid back vibe. Lime Out is a floating taco bar in the bay in front of the house. It’s a must! Jack and Julie were very attentive and took care of all our needs. Julie is an amazing chef!

Another amazing stay with Julie and Jack!

Cannot beat the views of Coral Bay from the porch! We enjoy staying on the quiet side of the island close to so many wonderful beaches and surrounded by nature! Hosts are great! Julie’s meals are fantastic and Jack’s Jeep rental can’t be beat! Thanks again for everything!

Paradise on St. John

Coral Bayside studio was a perfect place to stay-very comfortable, everything you might need, plus a wonderful porch with comfy chairs and a swing. Having the jeep is totally worth it, to get to all the beautiful beaches and trails on the island. When we return to St John, this is where we will stay.

Kicking off retirement

The property is beautiful sits on a hillside overlooking the harbor that is your view from your porch proximity to many beaches local restaurants and grocery stores all make for a stress free week definitely recommend !

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay Julie and Jack gave us the information we needed, we had to fill in the blanks where to go and have fun. Recommend anyone venture out see them won’t be disappointed

Paradise

This was our 2nd time to St. John and staying in this rental. We love the views and the convenience of renting the Jeep from the owners. This well stocked rental makes vacationing easy. We can’t say enough about St. John and will definitely be returning! The beaches, hikes, restaurants and hospitality are top of the line ❤️

Magnificent Hosts and accommodation location.

This was a location that met our needs and went beyond our expectations due to the hosts’ hospitality and the many amenities they offered. We rented one of their cars and were able to see this beautiful island and it’s beaches. We loved the Coral Bay restaurant offerings so close after each day spent at the various beaches. The studio was very comfortable and the view from the deck area amazing. Thank you Julie and Jack for our stay in paradise.

Wonderful Stay

Jack and Julie are wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our unit was very comfortable and gave us easy access to Coral Bay and surrounding areas. Julie made us two fantastic dinners and Jack was super helpful answering any questions we had. The private area at Hansen was also fantastic. It can get a little noisy at times being so close to some of the restaurants and being right above the road, but we would definitely stay here again.

View was what you see on the pictures of the listing. Owners were nice and had everything for us upon arrival as we expected, along with some bottles of water and banana bread upon request. ST John is amazing. My wife and I are into hiking, snorkeling and fishing from shore. The location is great for all of that within 15 mins. Jeep was older but ran great! And got us around on the main roads and one dirt road for our adventures.

Studio with tons of perks.

Everything we were looking for clean, friendly and the view was amazing. Having coffee on the swing listening to nature and planning our day using all the information Jack and Julie left in your studio to read. Enjoyed the quiet side of the island and spent most of our days exploring the east side. Can’t wait to come back.

St. John (18-23 SEP)

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. From check in to check out, Jack and Julie provided all the info, knowledge, and equipment to facilitate the most comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with a perfect view of the harbor, and an excellent jumping off point to all the beautiful beaches. Couldn’t recommend St. John, Coral Bay, and Jack and Julie’s place any higher as the ideal destination for a romantic getaway.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing stay at the property. Jack and Julie thought of everything to make a vacation seamless. The view from the porch was the perfect way to start our morning routine. All of thr amenities listed were in great condition and extremely useful. We also rented the Jeep which was perfect! Lastly Julie's list of "to do's" was a great addition to the planning that I had already done. Her suggestions on activities made the stay perfect.

St John - Coral Bay

Jack and Julie are excellent hosts. They are very organized and informative. THey arranged taxi transportation for us on the day we arrived and for the day we left. We were able to rent a Jeep from them for our stay.Julie has great tips ideas and directions for everything on the island. Julie is a great chef and we had an awesome dinner one night that we were there.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Coral Bay

We had a wonderful week! Everything was as advertised. Working air conditioner, clean room, very large shower and everything we needed for our stay there. We rented a jeep from Jack and Julie to do our running in that week and had no problems. There are markets close by to get things you might want. We also found many eating places close by. We decided to eat at the room one night as Julie is a master chef and ordered the scallops. They were by far the best I’d ever had. We found shops close by for buying souvenirs. There is a balcony outside the room with several chairs and a swing, perfect for reading, relaxing or just taking in the view. The sunrises and sunsets were some of the most beautiful that I’ve ever seen. I got some of the most beautiful pictures off of the balcony. Jack and Julie were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back! If you’re considering a stay in St. John, consider this bayside retreat.

Coral Bay Escape

This studio was the perfect place for my husband and I to escape to the warm and sunny days on St. John. Thanks to the location, we could access all parts of the island easily. The hosts offered all the amenities we needed for our tropical vacation: snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach bag. We enjoyed the AC overnight but the best place to be was the long porch overlooking Coral Harbor. Finally, Julie's meals were delicious, and her suggestions and guidebook were so helpful in our decisions on where to visit. We dream of returning soon!
