HOUSE GUIDELINES:
• Maximum occupancy of 8 adults + 2 children (under 12 years old).
• No additional guests permitted.
• Completion of the registration form and presentation of a valid ID (with photo and signature) are mandatory for property access.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum rental age is 21.
• All occupants must wear provided wristbands.
• Check-in starts at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Two parking permits are included in the rental. Additional temporary permits can be obtained on-site for an extra fee. Boats and trailers are permitted for an additional charge. RVs or recreational vehicles are not allowed on the premises.
• Our rental properties are family-oriented. Respectful behavior is expected, adhering to rules and consideration for other guests. Parties are strictly prohibited. Renters must be at least 21 years old and remain present throughout the stay.
• Guests are kindly asked to adhere to the rules set by the complex/Homeowners Association. Failure to comply may result in eviction and/or fines as per regulations. Please contact us for any inquiries.
