HOUSE GUIDELINES:

• Maximum occupancy: 8 adults, children included (aged 12 and under).
• No external guests permitted.
• Signing the registration form and presenting a valid ID (with photo and signature) is mandatory for property access.
• No smoking indoors.
• Minimum rental age is 21.
• All guests must wear wristbands.
• Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Extra temporary permits can be purchased on-site for a fee. Boats and trailers permitted with an additional charge. No RVs or motorhomes allowed.
• BBQ Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner BBQ Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner BBQ Grill: $50.00
• Exciting island activities include off-site bird and turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and Laguna Madre Nature trail. Island strolls are also enjoyable!
• Our rental properties cater to families. Guests are expected to behave appropriately, respecting property rules and fellow guests. No parties allowed. Minimum rental age is 21, and the lessee must be present throughout the stay.
• We kindly ask guests to adhere to Resort/HOA rules. Non-compliance may result in eviction and/or fines, depending on the rules. Contact us with any inquiries.
