The place to be! Howelsen Place is located right downtown, amongst all the action and walking distance to many of the shops, restaurants and activities. This spacious residence enjoys large and open living space, large flat screen TV with surround sound, a gas-burning fireplace, and cork floors accented by gorgeous rugs. The dining table sits six people, and the kitchen is well equipped for even the most discerning chef, with stainless appliances. This residence features a large wraparound deck with fabulous views of the ski area, downtown Steamboat and set up with two outdoor seating areas.

Great location and unacceptable service.

We requested an early check in. The property manager told us it was not read and our property was cleaned last. We were able to access the property 2 hours after normal check in. So, instead of receiving early check in we were not able to check in until 6:00pm. When we gained access, the house smelt of old bleach. My wife bought a diffuser an ran it to reduce the bad smell. The master shower had a used soap slimey and stuck to the floor of the shower. We wondered if the bathroom had been cleaned at all. We don’t know and with the ongoing concerns with COVID, this was not what we expected. We have stayed in Howelsen Place five time and it is our favorite location in town. The property is very nice and location is great. The customer service for check in and accommodations with the management company where unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not book with this management company again.

Perfect Steamboat location.

Great downtown location. Lots of options for nightlife and great to have the shuttle to the slopes pick up right below the condo. Gave us lots of flexibility for our group in everyone going at their own pace.
