The Space:
The apartment is located in Armada - in the same cluster as some of Dubai's best restaurants: Nola and Mythos.

Guest Access:
Full access to the gym and pool. Parking available on request.

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. Over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurant and bar openings. So you're in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you - grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, running track, coffee shops and more.

If you love the beach, JBR is a 10m taxi rider away. Kite Beach is 15m away.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall or the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15m from JLT.

Getting Around:
The Metro is within a 10m walk. Parking is available in the building, at request. Taxis are always an option - and are readily available in Dubai, as well as UBER and Careem.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
