some repairs needed
I don't usually post reviews however I felt the need to write about the issues we encountered. The posting stated iron and ironing board, I took an additional step beforehand and reached out to the customer service rep to get confirmation that there was an iron and board and the text message confirmed there were BOTH. However, there was NO board so I sent another text and was informed that the owner ordered one that day (Wed) on Amazon and would be there tomorrow, however that was also another miscommunication because I thought it was going to be delivered on (Thurs) but nothing so when I sent another text that is when I got the clarification that it was being delivered the next day (Fri), nonetheless it finally arrived Friday evening which in my opinion was very late there should have been an ironing board from the point of Check In! The posting listed and pictured a separate washer and dryer, however it was one unit as a "combo" washer and dryer which in my opinion was very challenging to operate...it took FOREVER in the dry cycle for the clothes to dry, 4 items took hours and hours and even then it didn't feel like it was completely dried! The firepit didn't stay lite and apparently in the previous renters comments it was mentioned therefore it obviously did not get fixed as it was still not working. Previous renters also commented about the hot water issue and that did not get fixed either because in the master bathroom at times the shower would not get hot water. In the guest bathroom shower, the water was always scalding hot, there is definitely something wrong with the temperature gauge, which should probably get looked at.The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and it is close to restaurants and grocery stores.
