At this Godwin Beach oasis you have the ocean on your doorstep and are guaranteed a peaceful, relaxing stay in this delightful friendly neighborhood. However, you still have all of the tourist attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants of Bribie Island five minutes' drive away and of course the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.
This comfortable house sits directly opposite the white sandy shores of Godwin Beach. Enjoy the ocean views from multiple areas of the house and its ever changing tidal picturesque setting. There are two living areas, both look out over the water. The well-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen and dining area are open plan to one of these living areas as well.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and ensuite with direct access to the undercover outdoor area. The other two bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in robes and share the use of the main bathroom. This has a standalone shower, bath and separate toilet. There is also a separate internal laundry. The yard is fully fenced and secure for your four-legged fur baby and there is also an undercover outdoor area with seating and a BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
This area is really a hidden gem and worth exploring for your next family holiday. You have direct beach access, a bush walk trail, a park, walking and biking areas all within minutes' walk from your front door. You then get the added bonus of all the highlights of Sandstone Point and Bribie Island a few minutes' drive away.
A $50 pet fee per dog is required when you bring a dog.
Parking on driveway and free street parking. (no shed access).
Linen is included with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house and sorry no pets on the premises. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
