The Lakehouse apartment occupies the ground floor of a beautifully renovated chalet. Please note **The first, second and attic floor of the house (The Lake Villa) are rented separately. **
The apartment sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with lake views and 1 twin (2 singles) bedded room.
The generous open plan kitchen/dining/living area overlooking the lake has 2 sofas, dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small bathroom with shower and Wc.
The generous deck has panoramic views of Lake Annecy, a large dining table, outdoor sofam sun loungers and seating and BBQ !
The parking area (you can park 1 or 2 cars) and an enclosed garden with an outdoor play area (with trampoline, rope swings and swingset) are shared with the rest of the house.
Since it is a shared space, we kindly ask all our guests to respect 'Quiet time', both inside the house and on the terrace, between 10pm and 8am.

You are 5mn walk downhill to Talloires village center (a little more on the way back ;-). Talloires is a typical little French village with a lot of character! It's a paradise for nature, sports and food lovers.
Winter sports lovers can enjoy the family resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (45 mins) or smaller local resorts Montmin (15 mins) and La Sambuy (30 mins). Chamonix, Meribel, Courchevel and Val d'Isere are 1h15-1h30 away.
Set on the lake but with woods and mountains just behind, it offers a huge range of exciting activities including water-sports, paragliding, canyoning, hiking, mountain-biking, road-biking. A 42 km cycle path goes around the entire lake.
Talloires beach is a great spot to relax and enjoy the lake. Kids love the paddling pool, slide, children's pool, diving board, swimming platform, table tennis tables and sandpit/volleyball pitch.
A range of restaurants will keep you entertained in the evening from the Savoyarde on the beach with its amazing views and delicious pizzas, to ultimate gourmet and romantic dining experiences at Michelin-starred chef Jean Sulpice’s Auberge de Pere Bise and the more traditional Hotel de l’Abbaye.
The cycle lane is at the bottom of our street : A 42 km cycle bath goes through Talloires and around the lake.
There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Buses, ferries and water-taxis link Annecy to Talloires.
Talloires is 14km from Annecy, which has a direct rail link to Paris. It is 45 minutes from Geneva airport and 1h45 to Lyon.
