Via Prati - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

In the center of Sarnico, delightful three-room apartment located on the 3rd floor. The entrance leads to the living room with kitchenette, spacious, bright and with direct access to the balcony. From the hallway, entering the sleeping area, there is access to 1 bathroom with shower with electric heated towel rail and 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, both with access to a balcony furnished with table and 4 chairs. Going down to the basement, combined with the apartment, we have a double garage in width.
Our guests will have the opportunity to use the private swimming pool located inside the Residence Nettuno, in Via Predore 37, about 2 km from the apartment with the possibility of parking inside the residence. 
In case of animals, notify the property. There is a supplement of 30 €. A security deposit of €300 (€600 in case of pet) is required, by credit card. The card details will be requested at the time of booking confirmation, however the block will be activated upon the guest's arrival.

Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.



To access the external car park of the building, turn right from via Veneto. Proceed for about 50 meters and park your car in a free space. The entrance to the condominium is on the right of the parking entrance. The door of the condominium is always closed and requires a key that we will provide to our guests. As soon as you enter, you have the option of going up to the 3rd floor by lift (to the left of the entrance) or by walking up the stairs in front of the entrance. The apartment is the first on the right.
