Summary:
We welcome you to your new Parisian home, just a few steps from the famous Parc Monceau and from the famous monuments: “l’Arc de Triomphe”.

Located on the ground floor of a Haussmannian building, the apartment is composed of a large living room with windows overlook the courtyard giving the apartment a calm atmosphere, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower including the toilet.

It is a quiet place benefiting from typical Parisian shops, ideal to walk with family or to hang out with friends.

The Space:
The apartment has:

- Living room
- A dining area with a table and 4 comfortable chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 1 bathroom with a shower (with a toilet)

The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons and a maximum of 6 persons.
-Bedroom 1 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 2 with a double mattresses
-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- 1 TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine, hair dryer
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items
-A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- The apartment is yours.
- You will find the keys of the apartment in a secured box located next to the apartment door.
- We will send you the code of the box before your arrival
- On the day of your departure you must also put back the keys in the box

- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment in the handbook that we have placed on the table of the living room.

-Attention very sensitive neighborhood - Please do not make any noise in the common areas

The Neighborhood:
Restaurants, Museums, Palace, Galleries, Cafes, Shops, Bars ... the apartment is located in one of the most lively districts of Paris. Everything will be at hand in order for you to fully appreciate the Parisian life. All the most famous monuments of Paris are at walking distance. You will live only 7 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and 20 minutes from the famous rue du Faubourg St-Honoré with all its luxury designer houses such as Hermès, Chanel and Saint Laurent.

Getting Around:
Metro Station : 1, 2, 6 : Charles de Gaulle - Etoile
RER A : Charles de Gaulle - Etoile
Bus 30 / 31 : Charles de Gaulle - Etoile - Wagram

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure: until 11 am => On the day of departure could you please put the keys back in the keybox number 1.

No breakfast service.
Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit 4000 euros will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested.

- A separate deposit on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
