Casa Esmeralda is located in Polpenazze del Garda in a very quiet neighborhood ideal for families from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the mountains that surround it.
The house is structured on two floors and accommodates up to 6 people: on the ground floor there is the living area consisting of a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living room overlooking the lake-view porch.
On the upper floor we find the sleeping area with a bedroom with a bunk bed and a small private balcony overlooking the garden, a bathroom with tub and the bright double bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the lake.
In the basement there is a third bedroom with a double bed, large bathroom with shower, a laundry area and a single garage.
Casa Esmeralda is located in a quiet residence with swimming pool, very close to the sports fields and the prestigious Garda Golf, the town center can be easily reached on foot.
Casa Esmeralda is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer and coffee maker.

If a damage deposit of €250 and tourist tax (for each guest) are not directly charged to the reservation, they will be requested upon arrival.
