Located near Duras in Lot et Garonne, this delightful cottage is one of three houses on a property of 2.4 hectares, La Fleur de Savignac. Dating from 1706, the cottage has a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Old fashioned charm is combined with contemporary comfort. You can relax by the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, and enjoy a barbeque or game of petanque. There is an outside dining area. The property is private and quiet, with beautiful views. You will hear bird song and church bells.
There is a double bed and a baby cot in the bedroom, plus a fold out couch in the living room which can sleep an adult or child.
The small kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave/grill and fridge. Kitchen equipment includes a Nespresso machine and a cafeiére. The TV offers French, English and Dutch stations. There is 4G Wifi, with a download speed of between 5 - 12 mbps, depending on where you are located.

Savignac de Duras is on the border of Lot et Garonne in South West France, close to Perigord and Gironde. The town of Duras is three kilometres (one mile) away; Sainte Foy le Grande is 19 kilometres (11 miles), while Sainte Émilion and Bergerac are both 40 kilometres (24 miles).
