LAYOUT: The villa's four bedrooms are decorated in a modern and elegant style, with a light color palette and warm tones creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The main bedroom suite located on the first floor has a large double bed, and a private bathroom. Two more rooms located on the second floor have double beds while the fourth has two single beds, ideal for families or groups traveling together. The living room is spacious and bright, has direct access to the outdoor terrace, American kitchen and large dining table, ideal for meeting and sharing a meal with family or friends. Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. A courtesy bathroom is available on the ground floor.

EXTERIOR: Very comfortable, the villa offers parking suitable for several vehicles at the entrance and a garden with corners of trees and nature to play and relax. The villa's terrace is a spectacular place to enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the stunning views of the Mediterranean.
