Sobieszewo Island is located less than 0.5 km away, offering a number of attractions: nature
reserves (Ptasi Raj, Mewia Łacha), viewpoints, and above all beautiful Baltic beaches and a
wide range of services (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops supermarkets, pharmacies, water
schools, bicycle or water equipment rentals).
In the area, you can rent kayaks and bicycles, order a recreational or fishing boat trip or
arrange windsurfing or horse riding lessons at the nearby Neptun Star stable.
On the island there is a Water Tram Stop, line No. F6, going to Targ Rybny, via the National
Sailing Centre.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, TV and air conditioning.
The living room has a large sofa and a place to spend cozy evenings.
The apartment is also equipped with a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Our
guests can use two parking spaces in the rental price.

Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, a set of spices

Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House
Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an
absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Each violation of the regulations results in the start of the recovery process through the
booking portal and the collection of the deposit.

3. The user bears full responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during the stay. Guests
will be charged for any material damage.
4. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
5. Organizing receptions, parties or special events is strictly prohibited, if not previously
agreed with the host.
6. Before leaving home, make sure all windows are closed.
7. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a one-time penalty fee
will be charged.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is payable additionally in the amount of EUR 15/day, unless otherwise
stated in the description.
