Built-in 2022, the villa impresses with its contemporary architectural style, providing 340 m2 of spacious living space. Located on an 1150 m2 property, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with the option of an additional two children up to the age of 12.

Just 400 meters from the sea and 700 meters from the pebble beach, it provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, and its modern interior will captivate you as soon as you step inside.

The spacious ground-floor living room offers comfort with a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV, with direct access to a spacious outdoor terrace. The modernly equipped kitchen with a dining area, where you can gather for a meal with family or friends, adds to the overall atmosphere.

The outdoor terrace with a 48 m2 pool provides refreshment, while sun loungers, an outdoor gas grill, and space for children's play are additional bonuses. On the upper floor, four bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, each with its en-suite bathroom. Three open terraces on the upper floor invite you to relax with a morning coffee or peaceful reading.

Villa Buena Vista also offers practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, high chair, and a crib. An additional bed for two is available through a sofa bed, and guests can also enjoy Bluetooth mobile streaming.
