Place was clean and well stocked, just no AC so place was SO hot with small fans that helped only some. Beach was super accesible and great that they provide you with chairs. Communication could have been a bit better about check out insructions, but besides that the staff was helpful and timely when needed.

Like other people have said, this is a great spot for couples. Everything was clean and updated. There were chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Also, this is the first level and you are staying in an apartment like living arrangement. During the first part of the week it was clear no one was above us but on the last night we did hear footfalls from above. However, I would take this location over any other place in Oceanside. You are steps from the beach and North Coast Village has plenty of other amenities to enjoy.

My stay at this property was a very pleasant experience. It's very close location to the A building pool, the beach, and the harbor made it a wonderful adventure for me and my granddaughter, who lives here in Oceanside. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Check-in and - out was super easy and communication with the host was super. I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Oceanside to meet our new grandchild so we didn’t stay in the room very much. However, the smell of mildew/mold was overpowering every time we went entered the condo. The container that’s supposed to collect the water from the air was completely full the day we got there. Hot water was at a premium daily. If you didn’t get into the shower early, you would have to take a cold one. The other thing that you couldn’t help was there were children in the condo above us that kept us up most nights. Sorry to sound so negative but as a host myself, I would hope someone gave me the real truth.

We really enjoyed ourselves here, close to the beach, clean and up to date, would definitely stay again. The only issue was the laundry, absolutely terrible the way it is set up, you have to purchase a credit card from the machine which is about 8 and then you still have to load it with the money for the machines. It is a total ripoff and to make it even worse there's absolutely no instructions explaining how to do it, my wife bought 4 cards thinking they were defective. We happened to meet a cleaning lady who explained how it worked, but still a ripoff. But, that experience still had little impact on the rest of our stay, we would still definitely stay there again!

Tropical Waters Review

I had a comfortable, quiet place to rest and pull myself together. After my wife's discharge we could finally enjoy every remaining minute of our stay. All of our needs were met and the remodel was perfection. Being in this environment I know helped my wife's recovery. Thank you for your very understanding communication with us. We'll be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needs help with window coverings. Vertical blinds had missing slats and the remaining slats were mis-alligned. There was an uncovered 8-inch gap in the living room and enough slats missing in the bedroom that the room was lit as soon as the sky outside. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but the windows did not block unwanted light and offered no privacy. It was rough trying to sleep in a well lit room. Would not recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found everything as described. A very quiet cozy unit to stay in. Everything was very clean and ready for us to have a great relaxing time. Really appreciated the small pool in our building A. Was never very busy and very protected from the wind. The walk to the beach was real easy and close. The parking in the garage was easy and secure. I would definitely request this unit again, even though you don’t get much sun on the balcony until the mid afternoon due to it facing the north. Not a lot of heating options, had the fireplace going the whole time to stay warm. We did have one issue with the kitchen sink, when we let them know, they came and took care of it right away. There was a leak behind the toilet that we let them know about other than that, Everything was great perfect little place.

It was super clean and nicely furnished, with a wonderful view of the beach from the private balcony. The grounds are lush and gorgeous and the location allows you to be on the sand and enjoying walks on the strand in a minute's walk. Staff was professional and helpful and communication was great.
