The home is decorated with special touches for holiday celebrations and winter, every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay as memorable as possible. And, your furry friends (dogs) are more than welcome - there's no fee for bringing your dogs along.

Go and explore the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Have you forgotten basic medicines? We have them! Have you forgotten the shampoo for kids, toothpaste, shaver, etc.? We have them! Have you forgotten the booster seat, pack-and-play, and baby monitor? We have them! Have you lost your kids inside the house yet? Don't look further. They are in the kids' room, having fun with plenty of toys, animal farms, a tent, sleeping bags, many books, and listening to an audio book developed just for Dream View kids. If you love to watch movies and TV shows while lying down, each bedroom has a queen-size comfortable bed, a 55" smart HDTV with Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions, and TV shows options, two end tables, closets, a comfortable large armchair, and books. The living room also has a 55" smart HDTV, with a cozy setup including a sofa, an electric fireplace, and two comfortable armed chairs. You can relax, read a book, or play chess while your kids are still in the kids' room.

Get outside, we provide endless outdoor fun, the kids will love to explore the property's private interpretative trails, practice in our mini golf (putting green) 16ft x 6ft long, have a blast with a treasure hunt, play a game of corn hole, play on playhouse, on the toy horses, on the outdoor wall play mat Dinosaur park, swing set, or simply relax in one of the two hammocks.

It's sunset and the fun has just begun. Beautiful mountain get-away!

The house was beautiful, comfy and inviting. I wasn’t planning on using the hot tub but it was immaculate and with the cold nights we couldn’t resist. My only complaint is that you really are in the mountains and there’s nothing nearby except a tiny convenience market in a gas station. If you have several little kids, the constant cooking and meal prep can be a little tedious. It would’ve been nice for a carry out option but the location was beautiful and we had lots of wonderful hikes!

AMAZING

Amazing property ! Brenda seriously thought of everything and anything for this stay. Communication was great from start to finish. We felt right at home (our newborn and doggie). If we were to ever own a cabin we’d want it to be exactly like Dream View! Can’t wait to return!

A Vacation to Remember

We stayed a week at Dreamview in early September. The leaves were just beginning to turn and the temperatures were fantastic. We are a family of 5 - husband, wife, 2 daughters (3.5 years and 0 months), and a 2 year old golden retriever. The house was exactly as described, but even better than expected upon arrival. This was easily the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in - even the hot tub sparkled. Brenda took extra time to set up the girls bedrooms in unicorn theme and set out food/water bowls and toys for our pup. The house had several necessities already there - this was so thoughtful as we packed a ton but if you forget anything, the closest store is a bit of a drive. The beds were extremely comfortable and so was the furniture. The real bonus of this property was the outside space! The front deck had beautiful mountain views and plenty of seating. The back deck had the hot tub, projector, grill, and views of the play area. It was wonderful to sit on the deck and relax while our toddler played in the little house and golf area. We went to Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, local hiking trails, Swover Creek Brewery, and Wisteria Winery. Everything was only a couple miles away but around 20+ minutes due to country roads - we didn’t mind this at all as the views along the drive were beautiful. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend Dreamview to anyone! Brenda is an A+ host and helps make it feel like your home away from home.

Dream vacation

We had a wonderful time. Brenda is a superb host. The home was clean, spacious, warm, and very private. Lots of stuff to do around the house and 30 minutes from Luray. It was just perfect!!!

Nice stay to ring in the New Year

Upon arrival, the property was very cute with all the lovely Christmas decorations. Inside the home was very clean, tidy, and neatly decorated. We appreciated the table setting and treats set out for our boys. They really enjoyed the upstairs play area and spent a lot of time there. The outdoor play area was also a hit along with the property trail where Brenda left two dino eggs buried for the boys to scavenge. That was a nice touch and we appreciated the thoughtfulness put into that. We were disappointed to find out the property’s tree house was no longer, as this was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The home had a good amount of every and anything we could need which is rare as some Vrbo’s we’ve stayed at had the bare minimum, so we really liked having certain things that we might have forgotten at home like bandaids, alka seltzer and certain condiments. During our stay we did notice there were a lot of labels and instructions around the home so we tried to be as careful as we could be with a dog and a 7 and 4 year old m. On the first day, Brenda had asked that we speak with her before using the hot tub. However after we happened to come across her hot-tub step by step instructions in one of the bins, we felt it was best to not use that amenity. There were simply too many steps to follow to relax and enjoy it. But we understand this is probably necessary to keep it in good working order. Also, if you are planning to stay at this property I would highly recommend purchasing the Property Damage Protection Plan. On our last day, I accidentally broke a mug and our dog got to an ornament. I emailed Brenda about this and she asked if we could leave $5 for the broken mug if we had it and she asked for clarification on which ornament we were talking about. I let her know that the plan was purchased and she did end up filing claims for these items and was reimbursed through the plan. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time ringing in the New Year!
