The villa has a heated swimming pool, as well as a terrace with a wonderful sea view. The pool is equipped with an anti-drowning alarm system.

- Beach only 10 minutes away by car.
- In the village of Erbalunga: a mini-market, a tobacconist's shop with lottery, a post office with cash dispenser, a butcher's shop, a bakery, several restaurants on its pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant.
