Situated on the 1st floor of the villa (accessible with stairs), in the fan-shaped heart of Cabourg and just a few minutes from the beach, this lovely two-bedroom apartment consists of a beautiful living space of 37 sq. m. Bright and peaceful, this fully renovated duplex apartment includes:
- a sunny terrace, including a table and deckchairs,
- a small, bright bedroom with a double bed,
- a bright little bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- TV.

You will also be able to find the Halle du Marché covered marketplace at 5 min on foot and the train station at 15 min. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.
