The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is great for social eating together.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The first bedroom complete with a double bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as a chest of drawers of storage space for you to make use of. The second bedroom is complete with a single bed and a baby cot.

Rest in one of the many parks in the area such as Parc Monceau and its statues or take a walk through the flower city, a magnificent site served by a private road that gives the impression of walking in a village Heart of the capital.

Take a walk through the poncelet market, where you will find everything you need to eat, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables of very good quality. Continue your shopping walk through the market of Batignolles, a covered market famous for its organic products.

To eat, take a walk by the street Truffaut! Le refuge, O Batignolles, Aux couleurs du monde are very good signs!

The closest public transport:

The apartment is located in a quiet street less than 10 minutes from three metro stations, Wagram, Malesherbes and Villiers. Two buses will take you in less than 15 minutes to Etoile-Champs Elysées (Number 31) and to Opéra-Galeries Lafayette (Number 53) (25 minutes on foot).

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
