The bathroom fitted with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.
For your comfort there is also a Smart TV and high speed Wifi.
All household linen is provided (sheets and towels).

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

- A security deposit of 800€ is required, in the form of an online payment link.
Access to the accommodation is denied in case of non-payment of the deposit (our cancellation policy still applies).
For stays of less than 5 nights, this amount is blocked.
For stays of 5 nights or more, this amount is debited.
If no damage is found in the accommodation, the security deposit is returned the day after departure.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

Close to the Eiffel Tower and within reasonable distance from the Louvre, the apartment is also close to the Sacré Coeur. Surrounded by high standing buildings you can enjoy the architecture of the district
