This 36m²apartment is located on the 5th floor (no lift, it was completely renovated in 2020.It enjoys a view over the rooftops of Old town Nice. In the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the flower market and the sea (Promenade des Anglais), the location is perfect to soak up the local atmosphere, take full advantage of the flavors, the light and the spirit of Nice!

You can enjoy the entire apartment which will be entirely yours, it includes:
• Bed and bath linen will be provided
• A large living room with an American kitchen; a lounge area with a large sofa, a TV, box, wifi and a dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs.
• Fully equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, etc.
• A bedroom, with a double bed (160cm * 190cm) and a large closet.
• A shower room with hairdryer and WC
• Ironing board and iron.

Old Nice is the historic part of the city.
The district is animated during the day by many shops, which can be both traditional (sale of olives and spices of all kinds, local vegetables or flowers from the region) and modern (fashionable clothing shops, numerous tattoo artists) as well as artist galleries. By night the old Nice is a must-see place for everyone to meet and go out. Its narrow streets are indeed dotted with restaurants, pubs and nightclubs of all kinds.

Léo & Romain will be at your disposal during your stay and will be happy to answer you via telephone, Abritel messaging etc. We will share with you our best addresses and our advice exchanged between locals. Do not hesitate to contact us !

Arrival must be scheduled by appointment between 3p.m. and 9p.m. at least 24 hours in advance. From 9p.m. to midnight self-check-in are available, we will provide all necessary instructions before your arrival. The dishes must be washed before departure, otherwise you will accept a supplement of €30 to be taken from your deposit. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, any violation of this rule will be charged €150 to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
