**Let's take a quick tour, in and out:**

- A beautiful living room, opening to the main terrace, featuring a sofa, armchairs and TV for relaxing, a coffee table for cocktails (or coffee, tea, snacks...) and a dining table for meals with family or friends.

- A large American-style kitchen with high stools and counter, equipped with all you will need to cook like a Chef, or just make excellent coffee with the included must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).

- The main terrace, perfect for 6 people, perfect for cocktails, perfect for meals, perfect for those who love looking at the sea... basically perfect for everything.

- A first bedroom with two single beds, storage space, a TV set and direct access to the second terrace.

- A second bedroom, with a queen size bed, a large closet, also a TV set, a desk and access to the second terrace as well.

- A bathroom for everyone and separate toilets, but you might be glad they are separate!

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**


**Some geography so you know where you are:**

After just a few steps down your street, the Boulevard De La Source, you will be able to access the following points of interest in less than a couple of minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

The beach of Mouré Rouge so you can go skinny dipping or pick your favorite spot at an outdoor cafe to sip a cocktail (no more than 7 minutes away).
One end of the famous Croisette boulevard, a little further but less than 10 minutes on foot, where you can try another cocktail at the trendy beach bar/restaurant l’Ecrin at the Bijou beach, or just deambulate (after a few cocktails) along the beach or the Port Canto harbor.
The picturesque heart of the Palm Beach neighborhood, where you can feel its small village ambiance and blend with the locals to buy fresh croissants, the catch of the day, a delicious rotisserie chicken or do your daily shopping for anything else.

And within a few minutes away by car, you will be able to:

Reach to the other end of the Croisette to take a stroll along the beachfront, go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats.
Empty your bank account in the many luxury boutiques on the Rue d'Antibes.
Go take selfies like the movie stars on the steps of the famous Palais des Festivals, (don't worry, everyone does that), or just go to work if you are here for a trade show.
Get to the train station where you can take a train ride to discover the Mediterranean coast.
Use your imagination while discovering the streets of the center of Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
