I welcome you in my charming family villa of 130 square meters with BALCONY and GARDEN located at 12 min walk from the Lake Saint Brice. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located between Andernos-les-bains and Arès.

## Logement
The fully-equipped accommodation is ideal for a tourist or business stay, with friends or family, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a large, bright living room, a modern open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an office area.

Facilities include parking (3 cars can be parked outside), Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

The terrace and large garden will be much appreciated in summer, with outdoor furniture (table and chairs, deckchairs) for eating outside or barbecuing, while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. A beautiful, secure swimming pool will delight the whole family.

You'll have the choice between the beach at the Saint-Brice lake, just a 10-minute walk away, or the Arcachon basin for swimming. The Prés Salés d'Arès is a 10-minute drive away for family outings, and for film buffs, the Ciné-Club Du Bassin is a 10-minute walk away. The Club Nautique d'Ares is a 4-minute drive away for water sports enthusiasts such as surfing and sailing.

The neighborhood is quiet, and you'll find plenty of shops nearby, including a LIDL and a Leclerc just a 6-minute drive away.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Arès is a commune located in the basin of Arcachon. Numerous cycle tracks will allow you to visit the basin without leaving your bike and to walk in the forest and at the seaside, between the smell of pine and iodized air. Starting from the oyster port of Arès, the GR8 is a hiking trail that crosses part of the nature reserve and will allow you to enjoy this nature on foot as well. The CAP33 of Arès allows visitors to discover and practice many sports and leisure activities such as surfing, golf, pilates, dance, yoga, aquagym.
