In a “cozy” atmosphere, you will relax in the living room, by the fireplace, with the many leisure elements (board games, connected television, home cinema, library, etc.).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Upstairs with access by spiral staircase: 1 bedroom (1 bed of 180 or 2 x 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed of 160), mezzanine fitted out in the old attic with exposed beams (one of which is 1.40 m - access by miller staircase) (1 bed of 160 or 2 x 80), toilet. In fine weather, you will benefit from a pleasant garden with a terrace and a view of the countryside. You will have bicycles (5 adult bicycles – one for up to 12 years old and a small one for babies), outdoor games (rackets, balls, pétanque balls) and table football. Enclosed garden with terrace - garage - small chicken coop (it belongs to the owner and is adjoining the gîte fence) and the owner's permaculture garden who will be happy to show you around.
