Le Moulin des Carmélites 3 is a bright and sunny apartment located in the hyper centre of Rennes. Close from Le couvent des Jacobins, La Place Hoche and one of the major commercial arteries of the city, the apartment is facing the pedestrian street and is calm. With one bed and one convertible sofa this location can welcome up to 3 people.

On the 1st floor of the condominium (no elevator), the 36m2 apartment is accessible only by steep stairs.

Bus and subway are 5 min away by foot. Closest station is the Saint-Anne station, a couple of stops from the train station called Gare. If you come by car, parkings are parking Hoche are close for a fee, less than 5 min away walking.
