Duplex apartment of 46M2, planned for 4 people in second line with view on the basin in a residence of the sea front located on the Boulevard Promenade Veyrier Montagneres, between the Thiers and Eyrac piers, you are in the immediate proximity of restaurants, shops, casino, pier for the Cap Ferret and the island to the birds, cycle tracks.
Possibility to put a small table in front of the bay window to enjoy a breakfast outside, or a well deserved aperitif on the way back from the beach, or to do it directly on the sand in front of the setting sun!

The apartment has just been renovated, it is located on the ground floor after the parking lot, a living room with bay window, kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet, on the first floor 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

You are in the heart of Arcachon, enjoy the beach at 50 meters, bike paths that take you from the south in the district of the aiguillon, to the Mouleau and Pyla, the famous market awaits you at 8mn abounding in stalls all the most colorful, the pier Thiers at 2mn will allow you to discover the basin by boat.

Please note: the town of Arcachon is carrying out work on the street that gives access to the residence's parking lot. As a result, the parking space is inaccessible until 30/06. Instead, we'll provide you with a parking badge to park on nearby paying streets free of charge, which you mustn't lose.

It's hard to choose among the multitude of activities that the Arcachon Basin offers!
Ideally located, you will be able to discover the charming district of the Ville d'Hiver, its mazes and lanes leading you to sumptuous 19th century villas.
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, bring back some from the market (don't go too late if you want them to be opened, and bring a container) then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bench, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre, in the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
