Ideal for up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms, this 200 m² air-conditioned house has been totally renovated to offer you all the comforts in a sleek and modern style.

The garden of 1700 m² offers a soothing setting. Enjoy the private heated swimming pool. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays). It’s secured by an alarm.

The location of the house is ideal. Access to the beaches of La Ciotat is a 10-minute walk away. You are 500m from the “voie douce”, green and pedestrian way that takes you to the old port and historic city center. You can also borrow it by scooter, rollerblading or bike.

The house is inverted with the living space upstairs to enjoy the sea view. The living room with open kitchen offers generous volumes with a high ceiling and 60m². Its double exposure, its many windows and bay windows make it the main room of the house. A piano is at your disposal.
This space has direct access to the large terrace with dining area and outdoor lounge. The whole offers a sea view. The terrace gives access to the garden by an external staircase.
It is a place of natural conviviality where you can share good times with your loved ones.

On this same level is 1 master suite with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds and desk. One of these bedrooms is a 12m² office with a sofa bed of very good quality. A shower room is available for these bedrooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with wardrobes and recent and quality bedding.

On the ground floor you have two bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each and fitted wardrobes. The beds are new. A desk has been added in one of the 2 bedrooms.
A shower room is available for these two bedrooms.
Icing on the cake, a large playroom with a living room, corner sofa, TV, table. It is the ideal place to meet, young and old, around a board game or a good movie.
A kitchen (renovation not yet finalized) is adjoining with a bar. It is very practical because it allows you to store all your food for the barbecue in the garden accessible from this playroom by the two bay windows.
This level is air-conditioned by a unique air conditioning in the living room which, linked to the thickness of the walls of the house, allows to keep a comfortable temperature even in summer.

The owners have simply privatized the garage part which is dedicated to storage.

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out the check-in and check-out and reachable by email, whats App and mobile phone.
He will introduce you to the property as a whole, its mode of operation and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Arrival times: 16h -19h, departure time: 9h - 11h. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

The house is located in the Peymian district, with a green landscape and a quiet atmosphere. It is an area consisting mainly of villa with garden.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
The old town of La Ciotat which is quietly traversed along small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
