**Inside, the apartment features a great layout:**

- A large open living space with direct access to the garden, that includes the following areas: a lounge space with a convertible sofa and a smart TV; a dining area with a modular dining table for up to 6 people, a large open-floor kitchen, well-equipped with all you will need, including a Brita filter, a Sodastream and a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- The icing on the cake, a.k.a. the garden, with the permanent view of the sea and its outdoor lounge chairs so you can admire the view, read, take naps, sun-bathe or anything else you can think of (but please, don't break a leg!)

- A first bedroom, also opening to the garden, with a queen size bed, a closet/dressing and some really nice pillows (but please, no pillow fights!)

- A bathroom adjacent to that bedroom with some really nice tile work.

- A second bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm), ideal for kids, teenagers or in-laws who like their own beds, but they can be juxtaposed to make a larger bed (180 x 200cm), although the bed linen will still be for two single beds.

- A separate bathroom with shower and toilets.

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, you will be able to enjoy the following activities within less than three minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mourré Rouge beach (30 seconds) or those along the famous Croisette (3 minutes) to do some skinny dipping or find an outdoor cafe to sip a cocktail.

- Head to the scuba diving center and the Nautical Base of Mouré Rouge to rent any type of “fun-on-the-water” equipment: sea-kayak, paddle board, sailboat....

- Go for a delightful meal in one of the neighborhood restaurants and enjoy their calm and warm atmosphere (including one of our favorite seafood restaurants on Place de l'Etang....)

- Pick up a take-out pizza at Jean-Jean's (pizza truck on the nearby plaza).

- Take a seat on a public bench or at an outdoor cafe or restaurant and watch the “Pétanques” players on Place de l'Etang.

- Admire the acrobatic kit-surfers at one end of the beach (their favorite spot).

And you can use your car to explore more of the must-see places of Cannes, within less than seven minutes away:

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention.

- Board a train at the Cannes station for a ride along the Riviera coastline.

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
