For the sleeping area, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds pushed together 90 x 190, and the 2nd bedroom has a 160x200 bed. For amenities, you have a new bathroom and separate toilet. As for the exteriors, you have access to a beautiful terrace of just over 25m² overlooking the entire living room. The apartment has been completely renovated recently and you have an internet box with wifi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
