We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming apartment with sea view, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 26 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bathroom and a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double), a cabin with bunk beds and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, mini oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony with sea view and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment, close to the port and the city center is easily accessible from the dike. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The beach offers itself to you as soon as you wake up. You will have a great choice of sports, nautical and cultural activities. On the harbor, near the paths of the customs officers, the nautical center, the beach clubs for the children, mini golf, accrobranche...
Come and discover the cities of Saint-Malo, Saint Briac, Dinan and its medieval city, the medieval castle of Fort La Latte (designed by Vauban), the Cap Fréhel...
Various markets in St Cast, Matignon or Dinard.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage that can accommodate a vehicle.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- In summer, shuttles connect the city of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo to Lamballe.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe train station located at about 35 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 35 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
