- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 5 people, a cupboard and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a simple bed opening onto the alleyway through a French window
- A bedroom with a washbasin and a giant screen, accessible by the Japanese staircase and open to the shower room (also open)
- A large glass shower room with shower and WC

This unique house is air-conditioned. It was completely renovated and insulated in 2022. It is so unique that it has only one door: the front door. Another unusual thing is that there is only one small partition between the kitchen and a wardrobe.
Warning: the place can be dangerous for children at the level of the staircase and the metal footbridge.

The area is one of the most touristic of Hyères, in the old centre, close to the Villa Noailles, the Town Hall, the Casino and the Avenue Gambetta. The landscape is wooded and calm. Discover the unmissable charm of the centre of Hyères. The flat is less than 2 minutes walk from the Place Clemenceau and all amenities. The location is ideal.

PARKING AND TRANSPORT
Parking Indigo Clémenceau (paying) 300m away free parking in the adjacent streets, notably near the Hôtel du Soleil or at the Villa Noailles.
Bus lines 17, 29, 39, 67, 102, 103 serve the Soldat Bellon stop. They take you to the train station, the airport and everywhere in Hyères, Giens (for Porquerolles), Le Pradet, Carqueiranne and Toulon. We strongly recommend that you use the bus to get to Porquerolles in high season.
