As you step into the boutique luxury 3 levels Penthouse you are welcomed with an open plan kitchen/living space that offers plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling glass doors.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay with a full-size fridge, stove and built in microwave. Enjoy your meals atop the stylish breakfast bar with all dinner and glassware provided.
The bright living area offers a large wall mounted TV and a soft plush sofa
which can be converted into a sofa bed upon request. Open up the large glass doors and step out onto your own private balcony with sweeping views out to the neighborhood below, the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

It took me awhile to write this as I did not want my emotions to be fresh. We were with a group of folks for a wedding and booked this location for 5 nights. This property was booked 9 months in advance. The night before we arrive I receive an email saying they double booked the place and they will be moving our party to another location midway through our trip. I reached out and they said my options were to cancel and find another place to stay. I was pissed to say the least. No apologies, no offer to help us move our luggage. I will never rent from these folks again. Oh yea, not to mention my buddy and I left to grab food and when we came back 3 gentleman were entering the apartment with our wives alone in the premises. No warning they were just going to go in. All around a pretty tough stay, with no apologies or consideration for what they put us through.

We are two friends who moved to Tulum in 2014 and felt in love with the area. I am from Mexico and my friend Mika is from Czech Republic. We met few years ago and we always had this idea of managing & renting properties with personal approach. Our philosophy is to be available as much as possible for our guests (concierge), resolve quickly any problem that might come out and leave our apartments in perfect conditions with flawless cleaning service.
We will be happy to help you with reservation of tours, restaurants, babysitting, shuttle etc.
When we are not working we do yoga (Mariana is a teacher), pilates or we are enjoying the local beaches and cenotes.
