We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Nancy, this charming house of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to six travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a beautiful garden. The accommodation is composed as follows
- a living room with TV open on the kitchen and the dining area with its high table.
- a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a king size bed (200*200), a desk with a sofa bed and its Italian shower room.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- a beautiful garden of 800m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine.

The house is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment and near a small wood. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
