The villa, suggested by Antilles Exception (GPSF149), is located less than 400m from the beautiful beach of Petite Gourde, in a quiet and green environment.

In the heart of the Residence Karukéra, on the Pointe des Châteaux in Saint François, you will enjoy the change of scenery in complete safety.

This charming villa has been entirely renovated, equipped and decorated in order to provide all the necessary comfort to its guests.

The town of Saint François is about 5 km away. There you will find many restaurants and shops, and all the activities of the day and night.

Many other beautiful beaches are within a few minutes drive.


This 90m² single storey villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

-1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160X200)
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (100X200), which can be brought together to form a King Size bed (200/200),
-1 shower room with an Italian shower and a double sink
-1 bathroom with Italian shower and toilet
-1 fully equipped kitchen open onto the living space, with view on the pool
-1 ventilated living room furnished with a sofa bed (comfort+++ for sleeping 2 persons), and opened onto the terrace in front of the swimming pool
-To the left of the pool, a shaded terrace with a dining area with table and chairs.
-On the other side, a space to relax and enjoy a drink!
