The apartment is equipped with fiber optics, has a surface area of 87 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 19 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). The bedrooms are quiet, while the living rooms open onto the street, but the soundproofing is good. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The apartment is unusual in that one bedroom has a suspended bed, while the other is a souplexe.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 19 m² dining room and a 16 m² living room with TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160×200), downstairs bedroom, and the other with a king-size bed (180*200), bedroom with hanging bed.
- Two bathrooms, one with shower (small shower room) and the other with bath and toilet.
- Separate toilet.

The apartment also benefits from a bicycle room.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:

The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the Feydeau parking lot (pay parking).
For streetcar and bus services, everything is at the foot of the building.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nantes train station (2 streetcar stops) or 15-minute walk
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport
