Recently renovated house in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, between the Puys range and the Sancy Massif. You will be ideally located to travel through the department between the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys listed as World Heritage by Unesco, the city of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, the Sancy mountains where you will practice many activities of full nature: hiking, skiing, water sports on the lakes…, picturesque villages with their beautiful Romanesque churches: basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire for example. This gîte is adjoining a barn and in the immediate vicinity of the Chez Antoine 63G1514 gîte. Possibility to rent the two gites together: gîte 63G1520. On the ground floor ; large living room of 40m² with dining room, living room, open kitchen and table that can play billiards. A bathroom / wc, a shed. On the 1st floor: a mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bunk bed. Outside you will enjoy a small unfenced garden with table, chairs and plancha.
