In the heart of Saint-Enogat, cradle of Dinard, this peaceful accommodation provides a relaxing stay for all, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to local shops (bakeries, grocery store, butcher, fishmonger, bookshop, pharmacy), a few restaurants and creperies, a magnificent beach overlooked by the Thalasso center and the walkway which offers a promenade with exceptional views of the Emerald Coast. Everything is done on foot if you wish.

Arnaga, recently renovated granite house, bright and warm, can accommodate up to 5 people for a tourist or business stopover. In addition to being cocooning, it has all the necessary comfort and equipment for an excellent stay.

On the ground floor, an entrance with large cupboards, a toilet, a fully equipped and functional kitchen open to the dining area and the living room. A French window gives access to a charming and large courtyard to make the most of pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners, coffee and tea breaks, reading time or naps. In a shed are at your disposal a barbecue, cushions for the garden furniture, deck chairs and beach games.

Two bedrooms welcome you upstairs, the one on the courtyard side includes a 160x200 cm bed, a closet and a desk. The one on the impasse side includes a small double bed 120x190cm, a bunk bed with 2 beds 90x190cm, storage furniture and a small desk.

The bathroom with window has a bathtub and the toilets are separated.

A cot and a high chair can be provided on request. Board games and books are available for children.

Naturally, Wifi is accessible throughout the house.

The house is ideally placed to discover, less than 15 minutes on foot, the city center of Dinard with its unmissable market, its heated seawater swimming pool, its casino, its cinema, its art galleries and its many shops and restaurants.

The Emerald Coast awaits you between Cancale and Cap Fréhel via Saint-Malo, and other coastal towns and its islands. The medieval city of Dinan and the banks of the Rance are also to be discovered.
