Experience the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in this unique French family home. Entertain guests in the spacious living area and observatory, or relax with loved ones. The private back garden is surrounded by high stone walls and furnished with sun chairs for enjoying beautiful weather. Cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar for additional prep space and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

The second floor has two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed, while the second room has twin beds. Additionally, on the top-most level is another bedroom equipped with a queen bed and a walk-in closet. Guests of a certain height must be mindful as the sloped ceilings are relatively low.

The two bathrooms are equipped with all the necessities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, and one of the bathrooms also features a UV cabinet.

A fan is installed in each room, and there is an air conditioner on the ground floor.

A high-speed fibre internet connection is available, facilitated by a Livebox, with a speed of 500 Mbps.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Nogent-sur-Marne is a charming suburb located about 10 kilometres east of central Paris and is popular with locals and visitors alike. With its tree-lined streets and scenic riverbanks, it has a laid-back, small-town vibe that offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The town is popular with families and young professionals, drawn to its quiet residential neighbourhoods, local boutiques and markets, and numerous parks and gardens. Visitors can stroll along the banks of the Marne River, explore the historic chateau de Nogent-sur-Marne, or enjoy a picnic in the town's many green spaces. Nogent-sur-Marne is easily accessible by train or metro from central Paris and the city's outskirts, making it a convenient and enjoyable day trip destination for travellers.

The nearest station is Nogent-Sur-Marne, which is 10 minutes away on foot and is connected to RER A. It'll take 15 minutes to reach Paris Gare de Lyon, from which you can travel most of Paris by metro.

Charles De Gaulle Airport is 27.8km away, about 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Ride-sharing services like UBER, G7, Le'Cab and Bolt are available to use and download in Paris.

The place is approximately 10 kilometres from the heart of Paris, easily accessible within 20 minutes via the RER A line. The RER station is just a 6-minute walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
