We propose you to rent, in Dolus-d'Oléron, this charming air-conditioned house with a surface of about 83 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with WC.
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A room with 2 single beds.
- A shower room with WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of about 100 m² with a wooden terrace and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Geographical situation:
The house is ideally located in Dolus-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close (about 900m) to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market. The large beach of la Rémigeasse is about 3 kms away.

Activities :
You can enjoy many activities in this area: water sports (surfing, kite, paddle, windsurfing ...), hiking (cycling, horseback riding or walking), water park ILEO for children and adults at 2 kms from the house. But also many discoveries and cultural visits: the citadel of the Château d'Oléron, the lighthouse of Chassiron, the museum of the Island of Oléron in Saint Pierre, the port of the Salines of Grand Village, the oyster farming and natural site of Fort-Royer, the Perrotine, the castle of Gataudière, the fortified city of Brouage...

Transportation:
- You can park directly on the private parking in front of the house (2 vehicles).
- Maritime shuttle from La Rochelle to Boyardville.
- Nearest train station : Rochefort at about 40 kms.
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle at 1h09 and Nantes Atlantique at 2h38.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Can be rented with the Hirondelle Blanche for a capacity of 10 persons (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- The garage shown in the photo is not accessible to passengers.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
