BBQ grill is an optional extra and we charge a $100 cleaning fee per stay. Please note that if the propane ends during your stay, you'll be responsible for replenishing it.

Please note that Pool & Spa heat is $40.00 per day and it should be requested prior to check-in.
If it is requested after check-in, an additional $35.00 call-out fee will be charged, as we will have to send a technician to switch the pool heat on.
