We recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer spacious paved free parking spots (no need to worry about steep or windy mountains).

Download Maps ahead of time since some areas in the National Park or the mountains will not have cell reception or signal. We will send a video with directions to our cabin home closer to your reserved arrival date.

*Our family, cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and independent pre-check-in inspection team have been working very hard to offer a clean, comfortable, safe, modern home away from home experience for you and your family/friends. We offer a same-day check-in clean guarantee if you find the cleaning you found at the check-in was less than standard. If you notify us on the first day of check-in, we will have our cleaning team come back at their next availability to clean the specific area again. We adhere to the NO Refund policy and instead strive to correct issues to make your stay comfortable.

***Pet Policy***
* Up to 3 dogs, additional fee for 2nd or 3rd dog required as it is not in the initial total (must be minimal-shedding, nonaggressive breed, under 50 lbs, at least 1-year-old, house trained, vaccinated for rabies and all other vaccines, treated for heartworm prevention) are allowed, no cats or any other animals. Guest must agree to the pet policy below and sign the rental agreement.

* A nonrefundable pet fee is required if not already appropriately added to the reservation, depending on stay and number of pets; dog breed and photo of dog required. Undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fee per the rental agreement terms.

*Guests are responsible for any liability regarding their pets and agree to keep their dogs supervised, leashed outdoors, and under control at all times.

*Dog(s) are not allowed to be left alone in the home.

*Guests agree to pay any additional costs for any damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.

*If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, necessary replacement or repair costs will be paid by the guests

*Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements.

*Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.

*Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.

*By Booking, you have acknowledged, read, and agreed to abide by the house rules and rental agreement. Full payment, a photocopy of your ID for verification, Signed Rental Agreement are required to confirm your reservation and to activate your door access code. Security Deposit of $400 will be held a day before checking in and will be automatically refreshed on the 7th day depending on the length of stay. The security deposit will be released a few days after checking out if no damage or violation of house rules.
