In the commune of Saint-Nic, we offer this charming 58 m² flat for rent, with a sea view and less than 60 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Linen optional, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 6 m² west-facing terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities :
At the gateway to the Crozon peninsula, not far from the meandering Aulne maritime and linking north and south Finistère, hiking will be a lovely way to discover this heritage of Brittany. Our trails will guide you wherever the wind and your legs take you. The Gr34, the best-known and most frequently used of the trails, offers you a wealth of singularly beautiful landscapes. What incredible panoramas!
From the river Faou to the Iroise Sea, the Crozon peninsula offers you a concentrate of the sea. Our nautical professionals offer you a multitude of possibilities, sport, sailing, fishing, kayaking, surfing...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne 56 km (about 50 minutes by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
